Below are several files related to the Ironwood Corridor Overlay District efforts. The "112823Agenda" file are the materials for the November 28, 2023 public hearing at the Planning Commission meeting. The "Summary" file contains a bullet point list of how the Planning Commission prepared for this Overlay and what the Overlay is designed to accomplish. The "OverlayText" file is the language as proposed for public hearing (also in the agenda file). The "OverlayMap" file (also in the agenda file) is the Zoning Map in draft form showing the proposed area of the Overlay. The "IronwoodMentimeter" file was from our public engagement session (during Covid) from which the text and map were created.
