Comprehensive Review
​
At the beginning of the planning process, Fresh Coast Planning reviews the current Master Plan document and its maps to provide the Village with a comprehensive analysis related to requirements of the Michigan Planning Enabling Act and best planning practices. In addition, we identify content that is outdated and should be replaced, if any, and content that is significant to maintain in the draft Master Plan. Below is a copy of our comprehensive review in the file "CompReview.pdf."
